Terms And Conditions

1. The standard hire period is 3 hours. Additional times require quoting individually. Excess time not notified to us and not quoted will be charged at £50 per hour or part thereof.
2. Prices displayed on our website or printed materials are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. The client is responsible for supplying correct dates, times and addresses.
4. Cars and dates will only be reserved for 7 days from when availability is confirmed.
5. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit and completed booking form has been received.
6. Deposits are non-refundable.
7. The full outstanding balance must be paid two weeks prior to the wedding.
8. In the event of the non availability (for any reason) of the vehicle agreed to be provided to the client, the proprietor reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle, provided that the proprietor shall give notice of such event as soon as possible, whereupon the client will have the option to withdraw from this agreement and will have the right to a refund of any sums paid to the settlement of any claims against the proprietor.
9. We endeavour to meet deadlines, however we accept no responsibility for delays however caused, for example unforeseen extreme traffic conditions, and restrictions to vehicle access at any location.
10. In the event of any internal or external damage being caused to the vehicle(s) by the client, the client’s guests or any other party, the client will be liable for the repair costs in full. The driver may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or in the drivers’ judgement are unfit to travel.
11. No smoking is permitted in the vehicles.
12. The maximum number of passengers to be carried at any one time mu st not be exceeded.
13. In the event of breach of this agreement on the part of the proprietor it is agreed that the liability of the proprietor shall not exceed the fee, except where such limitation is not permitted by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
14. Bookings are accepted only on condition that the client understands and accepts the above Terms and Conditions, which come into effect upon payment of the deposit.
